PRECISION DUAL-BAND WAVELENGTH SELECTION

Dual Bandpass Filter

Precision filters that transmit two separate wavelength bands while blocking all other wavelengths.

Dual Bandpass Filters are precision optical filters designed to transmit two distinct, non-contiguous wavelength bands while blocking all other wavelengths outside those bands. Using multi-cavity dielectric coating technology, dual bandpass filters provide high transmission within each passband and strong out-of-band blocking. Chenyu Optics manufactures dual bandpass filters in BK7 and fused silica with custom center wavelengths and bandwidths for each band.

Dual Bandpass Filter Overview

Dual Bandpass Filters are precision optical filters designed to transmit two distinct, non-contiguous wavelength bands while blocking all other wavelengths outside those bands.

Using multi-cavity dielectric coating technology, dual bandpass filters provide high transmission within each passband and strong out-of-band blocking. They are widely used in multi-wavelength fluorescence imaging, dual-wavelength laser systems, machine vision and multiplexed spectroscopic instruments.

Chenyu Optics supports custom dual bandpass filter manufacturing according to customer drawings, including custom substrate material, dimensions, center wavelength and bandwidth for each individual band for prototype and repeat production.
